Can I enter the challenge without buying?
No, and that's the one rule. The kit is what you'll be using for 14 days, and it's how the judging stays fair. Registering on its own doesn't qualify you.
How are winners chosen?
On the change between your Day 1 and Day 14 photos, judged alongside how consistently you submitted. We're looking for genuine, well-documented results — unedited photos, no filters.
If I win, will you film me?
Yes — and agreeing to it is a condition of the prize. Winners take part in a short photo and video shoot, and let SmileFam use their name, photos and video in our marketing and on our channels. If you'd rather not be filmed or shown, that's completely fine, but the prize would then go to another finalist. We'll always tell you when and where it'll be used.
Do I really have to photograph every day?
Yes, and it's the easiest part — one photo, same spot, same light, ten seconds. Daily photos are what let the judges see a real change rather than two shots that could have been taken anywhere.
Will this make my teeth sensitive?
The formula uses no harsh chemicals and sits within Singapore's consumer safety limits for at-home whitening. If your teeth are already sensitive, start with two LED sessions in your first week instead of three. If discomfort persists, stop and speak to your dentist.
What if I miss a day?
One missed photo won't disqualify you, but consistency is part of the judging, and skipping LED sessions will show in your result. Do what you can and keep going — finishing matters more than a perfect streak.
What's actually in the bundle?

How is this different from a clinic treatment?
